    Chewed up Screw heads.

In trying to remove my arch liner, i need to remove two screws from the pro-drive bumper both of these are seized.

I soaked them in WD40 and other oil, but they just rounded and now are all chewed up. I tried pliers and grips.

I know i could drill them and then re-tap. If this is my only option i will pay some one to do it.

Have any of you guys used somthing like this before?

2 screws are giving me all this jip

Also has anyone got part numbers for them daft plastic plugs that you push the middle out, that secure the arch liner in place, as i have lost the little plastic middle bit.

if you just drill the head off the screws using small drill bits and working up in size ,
then remove the plastic arch ,
you should be able to get a pair of molegrips on the threaded
bit that is left prety easy ,
either the front of it or the rear ,
ive found it easier to remove it from the rear so as you are not trying to srcrew
the rusted thread through the nut but turning it anti-clockwise instead,
had to the same on my astra

This is the perfect job for a dremmel.
Use a cutting disk a cut a new slot in the head.
As to the tools, never used them but like to se if they work as i'v a 3mm screw in an air rifle that needs moving.
I'm like a bad penny, old, dirty, and appears when not wanted.

that grabit tool in the link is a good bit of kit, i used it before as i had a exhaust stud snap off in a cylinder head and there wasnt enought pretruding to get anything to grab onto it so i bouight the grabit drill bits, u use one end to tap a hole then flip it round and use the reverse thread in the hole u just drilled and it came out first time saving my bacon on getting the head back on that day
