    Z20LET standard boost pressure?

    Whats the standard boost pressure for a standard Zlet?

    I've just fitted a boost gauge and wanted to check

    mine was only boosting around 6psi as well but had actuator altered, so went bk to normal 9psi, although wk later i had a remap, so was pointless really,lol

    Definately 9psi..... You may have a leak or a knackered turbo.

    I hope it isnt a knackered turbo!
    Only bought it 3 weeks ago!

    Its a 2001 Coupe Turbo.

    Something worth mentioning here, When i came to fit my boost gauge earlier, the fuel pressure regulator wasnt connect, the rubber elbow was on it, but the vac pipe had fell off.
    I reconeccted it, but it didnt feel any different.
    Dont know how long it had been disconnected for....

    Ok, have doing some searching i;m very worried now.

    My turbo doesnt kick in until 3500 revs,
    I'm reading that it should be 2500.

    Couple this with my low boost problem, i am feeling my wallet emptying.

    well if turbo on way out perfect excuse for vxr upgrade
