yeah loads of people have problems getting the precats to seal, but there is a simple way of getting it to seal right, instead of fitting a new gasket just fit it back on without any gasket, i know this sounds odd but on mine i couldnt get it to seal tried about 6 times then i took gasket off and tried again and sealed first time, if you do a search its worked the same for others aswell

You ideally need 2 people to do it...

I found loosening the clamp right off then leaving it hanging down the pipe. Next hold the pre cat to the turbo so its sitting where it should do. Then you move the clamp over the flange and tighten making sure its central top and bottom.......

I think there is a problem with your keyboard. The 'O' seems to be randomly not working

had a problem fitting mine, but best way i found was not to use the gasket, gasket itself is a rip off, round £15 iirc

they go straight on easily. Put a jack under the exhaust and hold it in position, then you can tighten the clamp at your leisure

Thats how I have done it many times too.

Even easier if the rest of the system isn't fitted untill the precat is nipped up.
