    vxr 'H' bearing hubs on a 'G'

do the astra H vxr bearing hubs fit the astra 'G' hub carriers ?

I have a 2.2 M32 box and vxr driveshafts, I know the 'G' bearing hubs won't fit the vxr cv's, just need to know whether I can simply replace the bearing hubs with the vxr's

nope, i thought this too, then got half way through fitting and found out the three holes are further apart. To fit the m32 you need to use either astra h z20lel/r driveshafts or from looking at the vxr shafts you might be able to get away with using the outer cv's from the lel/r shafts and use the vxr shafts you have got already(although i havent tried this).also the 2.2 m32 box is a different ratio to the vxr m32 box.

    thanx for the reply

so how far out were the mounting holes ?

the vxr and cdti 150 both use uprated (vectra ?) driveshafts/ hubs, the lel / ler / 2.2 use the standard hubs for the M32 driveshafts
