    5 minute jobs...

Why do 5 minute jobs end up taking you 1/2 an hours or more?

Last night my drivers sdie windscreen washer jet was blocked, so out came a pin to unblock it.

While unblocking it I thought I'd adjust it, snap, the pin broke off inside the jet and blocked it again.

While trying to get the jet out I snapped the pipe off the back of it and I struggled to remove the wiper arm for 10 mins.

Now I have a new jet on order and the joy of fitting it to look forward to.

5 minutes well spent I think, don't you?

I know the feeling of doing something like that lol

I forecast the when I carry it out next month, a simple oil and filter change will take me the whole day.

Oil filters always have the potential to cause you a huge amount of problems, missing skin from your knuckles and the need to say lots of very bad words.
