for opels piggyback systems are not useful cause u can have electronic problems. then why would u like to use it? Remap is better than using piggyback systems...

Thats not true at all. For a start would you not need to map the piggback system. But anyway, to know its its usuable, its best to check with the supplier, they may well have fitted one previously, may even be able to give few pointers. But would need to find out how the piggy back system interlinks with the original ecu. If its done by someone with good experience or first hand knowledge of it all it should work a treat, may be able to remove restrictions like your AFM. Unless you fit it yourself, which isn't recommended if you don't have much experience it will probably cost more than a remap would alone. But will give you much more flexablitity for future mods etc.

ask them about the set up they have
it dose cost more but you get what you pay for
the remaps are crap next to a piggback system

im running a Haltech Interceptor and have had no electrical problems what so ever!

ps. they are quite usefull as im running 150kw atw with my standard turbo.

people outside of the uk dont really have much of a choice in terms of re-mapping the ecu cause nobody has the knowledge or the software for them. so our only alternative is 'piggy-back' option.

the beauty is if we need a remap it only costs us about $150 (70 quid).
