i think mtech do conversion parts for this
Byron on here was 1 of the 1st (if not the 1st) to do this
What is cross posting? Is it when you get angry and post it on a forum?

    m-tec mount £200:

i don't think the 1.6 16v gearbox will fit the c20let but I'm not 100% sure on that.
does your car have a return fuel pipe from under the bonnet? or does it have the fuel pressure regulator in the tank?
if you got the regulator in the tank it will need to be removed and new fuel pipes will be needed.
if your thinking of using the f28 6 speed box you can buy the full conversion kit > http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/store/home.php?cat=1569
if your not using the f28 and your gearbox will fit the c20let you can get a mount made up but I'm not sure on how you would do it I've got the m-tec mount.
you will need to get the exhaust made up too.

m-tech recommend a big block donor car from the out. This is for the driveshafts, and mountings. I had a 2.0 SRi.
I then bought the complete M-Tech conversion kit which utilised the old mounting points etc, but the C20LET block does need drilling and tapping for this arrangement.
You will obviously need bigger brakes to stop the car. Mine ended up with VXR front stoppers.
    I bought some coilovers too.

as byron said the block will need tapping for the m-tec mount from M10 to M12 the pic below shows where you need to tap.

And cambelt cover butchered to suit. Lol!
I took some time over it and cut a neat 'T' shape through my freshly chromed cover.

No trial and error either. One chance to get it right. Measure, check, offer up, measure, check, offer up, offer up, offer up. Deep breath cut.
