can you see if the door has droped at all?
to check close the door upto the lock but dont shut it
then take a look at the bodylines to see if they are level
if it has droped check the hinges ,
    the pins maybe worn
see if you can lift the door up and down check the hinges for movement
    whilst you do this ,
if they are not worn you could try lifting the door
do this by almost closeing the door and get a firm grip with both hands
at the bottom outer corner and give the door a tug upwards but not to much at a time
    hope this helps

Good ,if you undo the latch slightly ,
just enough so you have to use a little presure to move it by hand
and hold the door handle up and close the door shut this will
move the latch to the correct place ,
then do the latch back up

    finally finnaly fixed it wooooop
i was trying a bit of lube in the lock, and it was dripping out at the bottom so i was mopping it up and i noticed a couple of screws i presume for the window regulator, one was missing the othe was nearly hanging out, so i tightend them up, and fitted a new screw, bobs your uncle its done
