    Outside Temperature Control

I have 54 plate Vauxhall Astra 1.6 Club. 5 door.
About a year ago the information screen inside the car started showing that the outside temperature was slowly going up each day despite it getting colder outside. It now shows 69.5 degrees CENTERGRADE.
How do i fix this, has a fuse gone or is there a sensor that is broken somewhere, if so where is it. ??????

sensor is located on the inside of the front bumper

open bonnet and reach down the front (in front of rad) its in the very centre - u cant really miss it. (or at least it is on mk4 lol - id expect its in same position)

A brand new one costs £5.79 delivered here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Vauxhall-ASTRA...QQcmdZViewItem

**Although the listing doesnt mention the Mk5 - it is definitely the correct part. (part number 9152245)

You need to remove the rad grille on the mk5 to get to it - 3 or 4 push pin retainers and pull it upwards away from the slam panel
