    1.8 16v 2005 54 reg astra

picked it up yesterday is a 5 door astra in a bluey silver, is the autmatic ( all they really had in) and is the 1.8 petrol 140 hp 175lbs/ft.

looks a little high so was wondering what the best coilovers/springs are the best for them, looking to drop it 40-60mm,

also how easy are they to get gains out of?

Nothing to do with suspension, but sorry, that engine at that age is 125bhp and 125lb/ft...the later vvt engines are 140bhp, and you've got Nm mixed up with lb/ft

No, vvt didn't come along until the 2007 model year, ie late 2006 onwards.
