    Battery light

This is a strange one to me. Was driving home tonight and as i pulled of a dual carridgeway and pulled up to a rounderbout my battery light came on, and then went back off again?? It continued to do this all the way home everytime i accelerated, braked or cornered. The belt is still on and im puzzled.

no thats what i find strange. the light just flickers on and off when i am driving around corners at low speed and high speed. The engine performance is still normal but the only diiference is the idle speed when the car is started. Thinking that a connector might be loose as i cant think what else it could be. Any ideas?

Get you're charging system checked... a lot of garages do 'winter' checks now...I'd book it in.

If the connector was loose the battery light wouldn't come on at all, chances are it's the alternator giving up as it happens at such random times
