Oil light comes on when braking hard

A problem thats arised lately, as the title says, it only flashes briefly if I brake hard.

My cousin changed my spark plugs a few weeks ago and said that there was a crack somewhere and it was leaking oil into the bit where the plugs are, he cleaned it and sealed it, could it be related?

Add this to the possible coilpack problem I have (hopefully getting a new one this week) and the rear brake pads that need changing (whirring sound is constant now and also very annoying) and I think I have a dying astra
Astra is coming back..bigger badder and better
..or is it? Thinking of buying a coupe

Simple solution but sometimes braking hard is unavoidable (like the other day when a man in a white van (on his mobile) decided not to stop at the give way sign and i nearly plowed into the side of him!)

Check the sensor wire as I had this after I rebuilt my mk2 astra, turned out that I fed the wire the wrong way which was being pulled on when I braked. Re-routed it and hay presto job was a gooden.

is it low on oil? if so under hard breaking the oil might be runngin away from the sensor.

    My thoughts too

If I cornered hard in the Corsa the oil light would come on
