    Heater Problem

    Hi,

I wasn't sure what section to put this in but it envolves the interior so i thought this was best suited.

When i have the cold air on (Air Con turned off) I get a musky stale water smell. Its horrible! It smells a bit like sweaty feet. But when i turn the air con on the smell goes away.

Any ideas what could be causing the smell and how i could solve it?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Tom

Easy remove the glove box (watch for the glove box light wire whilst removing it).
On the right side you'll see a small black panel that goes verticle. You need to remove this (which is a bit tricky).
That will expose the air filter. Slide it sideways out and replace.

Run some halfords aircon cleaner through the system reverse proceedure and jobs a good un.
