if anoyone knows of a way to cure it or where i can go in the watford/hemel area to get a quote or repairs would be much appreciated.

i wana know what drives someone to boot in the side of a nice car for no reason.totally sux

Use her head to push it back out from the inside.

Depending on the dent if it was mine i'd leave it to a specialist to take out .... after all you wouldnt want to make it worse

Bradshaws in Hemel are pretty good, but can be a bit pricey.

I use a guy at KC Auto's, he's on the Leighton Buzzard Road.

You may also want to try the hair drier trick, and a can of freeze spray, or upside down air duster. Depending on the dent, and how creesed it is it may work.

Also WT Boroughs(SP?) are good too, they are in Colonial Way iirc.

Try someone like "Dent Masters".. If it is only a single crease then it should be able to pop out easily. If you try yourself you could make it worse or un-repairable.. Get some expert advise first....

Yeh take it to a specialist mate, if its just a dent it should be no problem to fix, and not that expensive, if you start hitting it with a mallet, god knows what could go wrong!

Yeah, bradshaws is left at the 2 waters traffic lights, From the bypass, next to the volvo garage, and discount tyres.

KC auto's is a simpler affair, and not overly professional, but very good for the money. As it sounds like a simple pop out i'd go with dent master first, and then Bradshaws.

Bodyshops will be more inclined to pull it out then skim the crease and respray.
