Yes they will fit your car.

If they rub is a different matter.

Need to know if your car is lowered and the off set of the wheels

No-one would be able to know mate without knowing the offset of the wheels and if your car is lowered and if it is on what set up.

My wheels are 205 wide with an offset of ET35 nd the car's lowered by 30mm on eibach springs and standard shocks and it doesn't rub. This may give you a bit of an insight mate, but as i said, no-one can give a definative yes or no without the relevant info. Try asking the seller, the ET will be marked on the rear of the wheel

et43-47 are the standard range of offsets on the mk4 as far as im aware

In the 40's is best for offset - but you can get away with as low as 35 depending on wheel design and suspension setup

By the sounds of the wheels are 17" and the tyres are 205/40/17, which are mainly fitted for applications like Corsa's etc as there is not mush room under the arch.

If they are new I would consider negotiating for 215/40/17 tyres as this will give more protection to the edge of the rim and that is the standard size tyre fitte fied to factor 17" wheels on the Astra Mk4.

Have a look in here for different wheels fitted to users cars..... This will give you an idea of not only style but tyres size and wheel offsets

    Hope this helps
