    hesitation & spiky boost sorted!

    my turbo was reconed in may and since then has suffered from the above. after treating it to plugs,coil pack,and afm it was still the same
    but look what ive found


    it looks like its been nipped or incorrectly seated. so as a quick very short term fix ive just used a dab of good old super glue
    but what a differece its never drove like this in all the time ive owned it

    Looks like a seal for the OE hump valve. I could be wrong though.
    Its a jam thing

    You'll not get that part from vauxhall, although you will be able to get one from any other kkk supplier, I'm sure someone on here has got one before now.

    Hmmm this is what mine does as well.. Although I only recently put my OE DV back to working order again after removing the dv26. Although mine also did it while the dv26 was fitted hence why I put it back to standard. Just ordered some new plugs for mine but currently running out of ideas!
