    Armrest debate

Which one is the best then. I would have thought the 'Armster' one would be the best as if folds up etc.
But a lot of people say the smaller one is better.

So which one should i get and why?

    Armster all the way......
It's just so much more practical.

My wife drives the car and hates the rest being down, so I fold it up for her = problem solved !

The top also slides out, and the base angle is slightly adjustable.

    No contest

    Hi mate

I have the plain Irmscher armrest, got it from LMF some months ago the only problem that I've got with the armrest it makes it difficult to put on your handbrake.... Otherwise its a good buy as the armrest holds a lot of stuff (keys etc) and it folds up between the seats......

is it much bigger than the irmy rep one?

I had the Irmscher one but after seeing Coo's slidey lid in action - it's got to be the armster.

    are they really that sturdy?

can you rest your elbow on them without them buckling under the weight?

Do they take up the centre drinks holder?

Armster one seems a bit more practical but I don't like the way you have to attach it. Doesn't look as factory fit as the Irmscher item

I have owned both. The Armster feels cheap, un-steady and looks crap.
I ditched it in favour of the tried and tested irmy one. OK, it doesnt lift up - big deal, its hell of alot better than the crapster one.
