    Sideskirts (Van)

    Im just in the middle of colour coding my van...but how do them Plastic skirts come off on the astra envoy van...Do they unclip?
    Aslo whhat can i use to bond my bump strips back on..once i take them off 2 paint them

    you shouldn't need to bond your bump strips back on, they're held on with clips and go back on fine I've just done my estate

    Them Links dont work mate So the bump strips just slide off?

    just to elaborate on this for the benefit of the mods, if I click on the link, it says I have insufficient access priviledges

    and in reply to you DaNnY_LaD, if you slide the bump strips that are on the doors towards the rear of the vehicle, then they come straight off, and if you slide the bumpstrips on the actual side of the van towards the front of the vehicle, then they will come off too. You may have to give the strips a little tap in the appropriate direction with a small hammer (use a block of wood between hammer & bumpstrip as well please!)

    on my estate i was able to slide the side skirts off after removing the push pin rivets. instead of pulling the skirt off towards you.this way i didn't break any of the clips
