    stange starting problem

    went to start my car earlier turned over fired up then cut out with the engine light flashing and it wouldnt stop doing it

    so i disconnected the battery put it back on and it fired up and was ok after that all the way home anyone had this before?

    its the chip in the key is my money mate
    that will be the ecu cutting the engine out thats all
    how many keys do you have for the car

    i got 2 keys mate but the mrs decided that day was a good day to leave it at home lol

    give it a try with the other key
    also if you try to start with both car keys near the chip reader it dont like it an can cut off engine some times
    I find this when we get new cars with both keys on one keyring

    it was just strange how i took the battery off and put it back on and both keys now work fine?
