    coupe vs hatchback interior size?

I was looking for a SRI hatchback (3dr) but now i'm starting to look at coupe's.

Now i'm not too brothered about performance as even the 2.2 sri won't be as quick as my current car (SEAT Ibiza Cupra Sport 16v) and i can't afford a turbo at the moment.

but how do the two different models compare interior size wise.

    1) cabin size both front and rear which is bigger or are they the same?

    2) Boot size again is one bigger than the other or are they the same?

    Thanks in advance

Prtty sure they are all most the same.

Coupe has a lower roof line but never had anyone moan and the opening for the coupe boot is smaller than the hatch but once stuff is through the hole the boot is huge
The truth is always the truth even if you haven't realised it yet...

The coupe is a roomy car, fits 4 adults comfortably... although wont hold a 5th like the hatch as they have no center seatbelt. Big boot too (could probably fit the 5th person in there).

Astra-G hatchback, saloon, coupe and convertible are identical right back to the spare wheel well, apart from the obvious roof and door differences. The boot on the saloon, coupe and convertible is 130mm longer, behind the spare wheel well.

Cabin space on 3-dr hatch / 5-dr hatch / 4-dr saloon / 2-dr coupe is identical in terms of length and width but different headroom.

Boot space is 370 litres on 3-dr / 5-dr hatches and 460 litres on saloon, coupe and convertible - I can get 8 stacker boxes in the boot of my saloon.

I think that the Astra-H hatches have slightly bigger cabins than Astra-G but a smaller boot than the Astra-G hatch.

Although the Coupe/Saloon/Convertible have a bigger boot capacity, it is not as practical as the Hatchback, because the opening is not very big.
