First of I thought I'd give a wheel a right old treat!
Poorboys World Spray and Rinse Wheel Cleaner,
Auto Glym Super Intensive Tar Remover (on tar spots),
Sonus Grey Clay (Mild) with Megs Quick Detailer for loooob!
Auto Glym Super Resin Polish
And then to finish off the new product, PBW Wheel sealant...
First off, get the wheel of and use to planks of wood to rest it on, face down. Give it a good wash and I mean a proper wash, the more you get of now the less you will have to later with the tar remover and clay.
Then just go over the rubbery type spodges with the tar remover, i pretty much had a clean wheel at that point.
Then using the sonus clay and megs detailer I gave the wheel a thurough claying! Gor rid of 90% of baked on brake dust.
One coat of AGSRP later I was ready for the sealant, nice and easy to apply and mega easy to buff off. Like a wax but alot softer and smells nice
Just make sure you have a nice clean wheel before you start slapping this stuff on as you will just lock in loads of crap and brake dust if you don't
Before...well other wheel but you get the jist!
Now for the second product
ALL NEW...Meguiars Ultimate Quick Detailer...
Now in all fairness I only washed the car on Wednesday but didn't wax or polish it at all.
It had a good machine polish around 2 months ago so that probably helped but not much. It had a coat of Megs Nxt Wax 2 weeks ago again probably worn off by now.
To say the least I am very happy with the product...easy to use, mist and wipe as they say! Use one side of a microfibre to apply and the other to buff off!!
Unfortunately I didn't get any before shots on this one.
Now for some reflection shots!
My ugly mug!
And the standard issue product shot!
