Hi all! nice to meet all of you here!

Very good site, lots of infoemation here, but i still have a lot of questions about my planning upgrades. It is impossible to find any tuning stuff for Astra H in Russia, but it is not the reason to stop tuning.

My Car : 2007 Astra H GTC , Z20LER, Recaro seats, ids, 17th alloys + some irmscher exterior stuff.

So once Again nice to meet you !

Front brakes you can upgrade to VXR items, or you can go for a larger 4 pot system - totally dependant on money

IDE, you can use the KONI FSD's and Eibach springs and retain the IDS system. Nice 30mm drop and superb setup. Add the Eibach rear anti-roll bar and it transforms the car !

    Welcome to AOC !!!

IDS suspension question has been asked before. Have a look in the MK5 / Astra H section under chassis section. The answer may be inside that section or use the search function on the forum.

As for the Courtenay & Regal question... Both are very well respected tuners and both are equally equiped to remap your ECU.

I agree with Geoff pictures of the car and Russia will be super!

IDS does not need to be disabled with those items Lord Nikon has suggested.

Courtenay & Regal Maps are undetectable under normal servicing of the car. Any further probing... for example problem solving may bring up the MAP to the dealership.

However what you should be aware of .... if the dealership (Opel/Vauxhall) update your ECU with the periodic updates they release then this will override and effectively wipe the map putting your ECU back to standard.
