    oil leak on my astra x20xev



    this is where i think its comeing from, if you can make out the pic there is like a black plug thing bolted into the block, it looks like the oil is comeing from here as there is alot of oil comeing from this area, what is this plug thing? could of it worked loose? seals?

    I have changed rocker cover gasket and sump gasket.

    any help would be great cheers

    That will be your crankshaft sensor, doesn't usually leak from them though, i believe their is a rubber o-ring sealing it to the block, you could remove and check this, always a first time
