Question suspension/spring spacers - do they exist??

I know that this should really be in Mk4 - chassis, but I'm sure if the part exists then it won't be mk4 specific or even Astra specific, and I'm sure I wouldn't be the only person who would want them.

Basically I think the front of my car is now too low. I want to bring it up about 10mm. Is there such thing as adjustable spring seats, or different top mounts that would hold the shock/spring further down/up so that it isn't quite so low?!?

The reason being my 50/30 springs have lowered my car by significantly more than 30mm on the front (I had Vauxhall "-20mm" springs before), and over the last few days it has settled even lower. The handling is incredible, but I think it looks wrong, and it is still rubbing at times, which means I have to have the shocks on super hard, which is gonna break my back soon on these crappy roads

Anybody know if what I'm looking for actually exists??

Yeah, I've already seen similar on Demon Tweeks / Rally Design.

Not sure if they will actually raise the car though

Thats because the kit is designed to lower 50mm Front and 30mm Rear!!

Well done - you can count.

But if I already had the SRi springs which are supposedly lower by 20mm already then it will only lower 30/10.

The rear I would agree is accurate, the front is not.

Karen - according to this: http://www.midlandperformancecentre....cn2=2109&p=570

they can be used to space the spring coils out and effectively raise the car!!

It's a DIY fitment - just need to jack the car up so that there is no load on the springs.
