    19's on a Zafira

    I,ve got myself some 19" Vectra Sri wheels,8 x 19 et 43.
    Question is before I spend shed loads on tyres ,do the 235 x 35 x19 fit without fouling or will I need 225 x 35 x 19.

It has Bilsteins on and slightly lowered on Eibachs if that makes any difference?

Tough one, try searching through some old posts/threads by Mystery Machine and Matts, they have both run on 19's.

Matts was standard height and Mystery Machines is slammed to hell.

having thought about it, IIRC 225 tyres would be favourite.

IIRC there will be problems with inurance if you use 235/35/19 rubber (i think matts mentioned this) i'm running 225's on mine but there is hardly any clearance at all between tyre and inner & outer arch. TBH if ur gona be running it 'a tad' lower i should think it'd be ok with the 225/35/19's. and before anyone else says it 'for gods sake dot use budget tyres!' they really arnt worth the risk

    hope that helps.

Thanks all, Ive decided to go for 225/35/19 and using Michelin PS2's as there is an offer on at Costco in August. with 20/25% off
The load rating is 88 versus 91 for the originals but my maths says thats still within the design weight .
