Just a quick query concerning the two plugs and wiring with them behind the small rectangular/curved plastic section that is located directly in front of the gear stick. It houses the TC button on the later/faster models of astra etc.
On my 1998 1.6 LS ( ) there's two plugs behind this section with wiring.
What would there purpose be if there were switches on the other side to the plugs?
Is there a constant live anywhere in those wires?
I ask because I want to put some rocker switches in there and need a live for some of the switches and just wondered if the wiring behind there offers any live supply even though they're not in use for any switches on my model?
Not sure if i'm being silly or if it's a valid enough question.
