    turbo timer fitting

    got my self a turbo timer now and havent got clue where one of the wires go this is the list of wires but not sure where the blue wire is on the ignition any help would be a great help

    Red: perm live
    blue: Connet to ignition 2,
    yellow: ignition live
    brown: To your hand brake cable ( not really nessesary)
    black: earth
    Back to the drawing board for the 2nd ACT

    The handbrake one is very necessary - Its the anti theft device basically (handbrake is taken off engine cuts out)

    fairly easy mate but as andy said the hand brake must be done so it knows you have stopped as think i right in thinking this is how th timer is triggered too the main prob you will have is the transponder in the key as you have to remove it and strap it to the ignition this is y i aint fitted 1 as insurance could throw a claim out saying the immobilisor was not active

    You only need the transponder to start the engine, once the engine is running the immobiliser no longer looks for it. I have a turbo timer on mine and the transponder is still in the key
