Modifying - what's the best bit for you?

I'm part-way through sorting out my next project, and at the mo I'm trying to get all the bits together, finding and organising the specialist suppliers, getting all the bits and bobs parts and generally get everything ready so the actual mod is done with the minimum fuss and problems.

I just realised today that this is the best bit of it for me and everything else comes second

So when doing mods, which part of it do you get most pleasure from?

Researching is a big part of it for me. I always like to check, check and double check that I've got everything and that everythings right. I run through in my mind how I'm going to put it together.

Then of course sitting back and admiring my work.

the moments just after what ever it is, is fitted and working. Which makes the past efforts and irritation worth while.

then about a week later, 'wasn't it always like that? ....well it should of been'
