is the 2.2 astra engine restricted

is it restricted to 132mph because i was having a race this morning and mph stopped at 132 with 5100rpm, i thought the rev counter would go to the red line before the limiter kicked in and the way it looked this morning was that i would break the 140mph but no and therefor lost the race?? not a happy bunny

Mine tops out at 110. I wouldn't worry too much about it as the fastest you can go on a road is 70.
