    Need a fast answer!

has this got to be refitted to the car?

i is on the outside of the OEM dump valve.. it seems to only hold the boost sensor and thats it.

reason im asking is its a right cow to get fitted back on due to the spring pushing everything out on the DV. if its just to hold the sensor can it be left off?

ps i know this is prob in wrong place but i need as many pep to see as poss. please move if needed..(sorry)!

put it back in.. taking it out was easy there is no tension doing that cause the spring wasnt there.

never took any pipes off m8.. wanted to do it with everything still in place so i couldnt forget where to put things..
its a strange one this. i might try takin the power pipe off and sticking the OE one back on to se if that do anything. thus no baileys connected

the DV works fine with out the induction kit etc. but as soon as thats connected it just wont boost.. is that a AMM thingy thats gubbed!

    BMC CDA..

OEM deff works cause it is a totaly diff type of dump noise.

    its a strange on ethis.

i think its to do with the CDA kit tho. i need a new bend pipe from kit to AMM. im still using the origional pipe which is to long, and i think its poss gone to far into the kit stopping the flow of air.

that would prob make car not wanna run? yeah?

Im really confused?! The brakcet must be fitted coz this holds the OE dump valve in place and without this the turbo must surely leak boost through the hole where the OE dump valve should be??

the bracket dont hold the OE in place m8. the 3 screws that go in the holes do. the bracket is there to hold the boost sensor away from the turbo.

phoned vauxhall and the tech said as long as its tight it will be fine..

i will be refitting it when the skin on me hands heals after this morns attempt!
