    lowering the car

im thinking of lowering my mk4 astra about 40mm, what im concerned about is the front end, ive seen cars lowered 30/40 mm on the front and it looks really good but ive measured up if i put 40mm lowering springs on my car its not gonna look good, ive heard that some people have had lowering springs on and it was lower than they meant to.

can some one please help me and guide me to the right path

    thanks

What size rims you got on? If you've got 17's then itshould sit nicely enough with a 30mm drop. you should only really get loer than meant to if you order the wrong springs for your car's axle weights (these can be found on the panel on the driver's door frame)
    Gaz

    No longer owns an Astra

Bye bye VXR Castle Combe Edition - because it's done more laps of Castle Combe than most Bergs have of the Ring
