Extra gloss protection is just a sealant, it'll only last a few day's.

What you should do it, Wash > Clay > Polish > Wax > Seal

Will last a fair bit longer that way.

Ideally i would prefer to wax over the top! Especially after taking all that time to polish.

Actually EGP is formulated to work best on top of SRP, and EGP actually lasts quite a while.

I personally would SRP > EGP > Wax. If you want durability then go for Collinite waxes.

The Cleaner Wax as far as I can remember is not a wax, it is a paint cleanser.

Extra Gloss Protection is a very high durability sealent - two or three layers of this applied 24 hours apart will last a good three or four months with no need for wax on top...

Sealents are also paint protecting products, and if you use them, you dont need to top with a wax from a protection point of view. What a wax will bring to the party is that it will give a warmer glow to the shine and a glossier look. If you are happy with the sealent look (generally more reflective, bling like look) stick with just the EGP... If you want to deepen the finish to a more natural warm looking shine, top with a wax.

Topping with a Collinite was is real "belt and braces" approach to durability - both EGP and Collinite offering very very good durability.

I'd leave the Cleaner Wax if you've topped with EGP - the cleaner wax will strip this... you want to top with a pure wax. A good durable and decent finish wax is Meguiars #16, though Collinite 476 will deliver a slightly better look (espeically on light colours) and last longer. If durability is less of a concern (and with EGP in situ, you have little to worry about on that front), consider Victoria Concours wax, espeically for a dark colour - delivers excellent deep and glossy shine, the look of a much more expensive wax.
