    manifold

    Well i cant find a 4-2-1 manifold for my 8v.

    Just wondered if i was to get custom one done does anyone have diagrams and dimentions, bore sizes etc etc that i will need.

    Type of metal would help too, cheers.

    *currently have a standard cat, remus centre section, powerflow box.

    1999 1.6

    ashley 4 branch, looks like a 4-1 manifold, do you guys think it will fit the G?

    have a look in total vauxhall theres a company that does the manifold in there, ull need to get a sports cat at the same time as the cat is built in to the standard cat

    the one on the link is for a mk3 and your is a mk4 as long as you put the right age.

    regal do a 4-1 manifold for the 1.6 8v and it shold make a noticble difference to acceleration and BHP

    Cheers mate! Think i will change my mind for those prices though, 300odd quid isnt worth the BHP per £1.00
