    Just wondering what method everyone uses to let off steam after a sh1t day at work?

    to be honest i usually tend to keep it inside,hence my thread i just out up..even brett doesnt know how stressed out i am about this...its got to the point where im on the edge now though....ive had enough...so i guess ill vent my anger on here then after a while ill calm down and regret saying anything

    Keep it inside generally, or drive like a pratt, drink lots, big packs of painkillers etc normally the first though

    i need some good letting off steam too, ARGH!

    I usually goto the gym an do some weights, or go for a jog, or used to go for a drive, but now cars dead, i can only jog or gym, i feel lost
