Alright peeps....just ended up buying some new tyres for my car.
As the insides had completely gone for about 25% of the tyre.
Had the new tyres put on today and they checked the tracking and noted to say it was within tolerances.
Now if it was withing tolerances then it would have not worn the tyres in the first place...unless camber could have adjusted and its not lowered.
Skeptical i took it to another garage for checking and they say that both wheels toe out by about 0.5 degrees.
In my mind if there toeing out now, then while accelerating there going to try and toe out further.
But unsure wether a FWD car trys to toe in or out while accelerating.
So what is the desired amount of toe in/out or would it need to be at 0 degrees and have neither toe in or out?
Noticed in another post that a guy checks his every week or two at work and he states it should be set at 0" 0" but that makes no sense to me.
So any of you top bods out there gimme a reply....as its chewing my head aswell as the tyres!
Cheers in Advance!
