    Boost Not Holding

Ever since I had P3 on my car I have always thought my boost drops off to much. Especially after speaking to other people on similar setup.

I get over boost around 20psi then it drops to about 16psi the after about 4.5k rpm drops to about 13psi!! You can really feel the car being sluggish at this point mostly in 4th and 5th.

Have a look at this video. Sorry for the bad camera skills. This starts in 3rd ON A HILL and near the end you can see how the boost drops off.

Does anyone else's boost drop off that much on P3?

Was it always like this or has it been a recent occurance?

Someone mentioned Acuator issues which is what I would go by....

Go do then Live map and bin the dodgy P3

Also where did you get you pillar mount from?

Well i have had Phase 3 for some time now. Have always thought it dropped off to much for as long as i can remember.

I have a -34 actuator on the way from MSD. Hopefully that may sort it

well after yesterdays rr my car was overboosting like crazy so i think it was wound up to much but it held just over a bar sort of gonna lossen it of today but with the standard vxr accy the car made 270bhp and 320lbft
and with the 34 it made 270 bhp 400lbft so it does somthing just needs a little tweak to sort it out

It took me a while to set mine correctly as they are way more sensitive than the Vxr accy. Just be careful as to much overboost is damaging in the long run
