From what i remember the samco ones are darker, the courtenay ones are a very light shade of blue.

thats what i thought looking at pictures...

but im guessing its close enough to not be important?

basicially i have samco pipes from my 2.2 airbox o the turbo, and am thinking of gettting a courtenay boost pipe, so pictures of that combo would be excellent?

they don't match at all, they stand out quite a lot from each other. When i sold my samco air hoses the guy that got them off me had courtenay ones and they were much different. Might be worth trying Roose motorsport and seeing what their colour is like, they are a very good company by the way.

Not sure if Samco make them, but I know Courtenay don't have a hose making workshop!

Alot of wrong information here. The older Courtenay hoses were a lighter blue. The latest ones (since around 18 months ago)are a darker blue and almost match Samco's blue (reflex blue).

Courtenay do have a UK hose supplier, (they are not made by Samco) who can make up any hose you want, it's just a question of tooling - which I think can be justified if you have enough people interested.

In this image of my engine, you can see the air hoses with the Courtenay logo on and compare them against the boost pipe connection that is Samco. Almost a perfect match.
