    how hard to strip down GSI seats ?

    How hard is it to strip down the recaros from the GSI and properly grease them ?

    anyone done this on the GSI recaros ?

    dead easy mate i did mine in the astra
    just take them out of the car an unclip the back of them
    if you want an have the time
    taks the side airbags out an clean the seat trim with a VAX

    i used spray Lithium Grease
    and a silicone spray on the under side of the seats

    so you took the full seat out and un clipped the leather and took it off ?

    i did has i had 2 sets of the seats at the time
    but you can grease them up in the car dead easy
    just unclip the back's

    Its pretty easy to do Craig, I done the rear of the seats no problem but never done the base of the seats where its squeaking

    are they squeeking, on mine there is a spring at the base of the seat, you will see it if you take off the cover of the height adjuster/back adjuster

    i sprayed the spring with wd40

    does this make any sense
    What is cross posting? Is it when you get angry and post it on a forum?
