    anti virus programs

    what kind of anti virus programs are people using on there computers and what do people suggest is the best to get, is there any free ones you can download or are they all rubbish,

    I would definitely recommend Nod32, its one of the best if not the best.

    Not much point changing if you have AVG.. Its the only free ones worth having in my opinion ( that or NOD ).. Also dont mix AV programs ( only need one on the pc at any one time ).

    I use McAfee Enterprise VirusScan 8.5i. But it wasn't free, and if you only have home computers then it's probably overkill
    0-60 in 6.5 secs and 48mpg- winner!

    once apon it time mcafee was unstable but now its one of the top 3 !

    Currently using Nod32, seems to work a lot better than most.

    AVG dont find naff all.

    Norton & Mcafee aint even worth the cd's u get them on. completely rubbish

    You're generalising here - you need to say which products because some Norton and McAfee products are very, VERY good!!
