    £2K tuning Ideas

Ok I have a X14XE and about £2K to sped on tuning
I dont want to change cars or drop a bigger engine in, and already have a Remus cat back, And Viper induction Kit

Any Ideas on tuning list (including Fitting and Labour) to maximise the £2K

I had a previous thread asking about the flowtech manifolds, but this is just one option

    so any ideas

Double your 2k and you could have a turbo conversion from Regal.

You could get yours mapped by regal for £250 and that will give 8bhp.

you could spend 2k an a 2.2 would still wop you mate
the 1.4 is a small block lump
gearbox wont take a lot of power
and for what you spend you can get a coupe turbo
i have fitted engines for people an it always costs more in the long run as its a lot of parts need to be chaged if you have to pay full price it can add up to more then the car

sell yer car, add the £2k and you'll probably be able to get a 2.2 hatch or coupe for what you have.

or sell yer car and buy a 1.8, and you'll still have £2k to spend, and then you could probably have the standard 125BHP up to 150 or more, and much more driveable!!

imo put the £2k into savings and leave it until it is needed, isnt worth spending on a 1.4 as it would still not be a fast car, just enjoy what you have and when you want to move onto something bigger then use the £2k,

otherwise imo in a year you will regret it,
