    lumpy part throttle power

    ever since ive had my gsi ive noticed the boost has been very inconsistent when under part throttle; it will start to boost then itl dump straight away, then come back in again slightly. its been a year since it was mapped for CS3 but that never really improved it. ive tried two different afm's as well as new boost control solenoids, but still doesnt change. ive also adjsuted the actuator in the past, but its made bugger all difference. has any1 else noticed lumpy part throttle boost, and got any suggestions to get around it? cheers

    Do u have a dump valve? as quite a few cars don't like part throttle with dump valves fitted.

    I get this problem with mine, Running just the Oe mine boosts to Just over a bar then Dumps then Boosts to 1.6 Bar, this is without letting of the throttle.. If i run both the Oe and Baileys it is not as noticeable, Running just the baileys and it doesnt do it at all but the car drives like crap..

    Could be the Oe valve spring is to weak...???
