I don't think a 7" screen will fit in a sat nav center console if thats what your planning. Maybe wrong but can't see there being enough room.

Don't know what the standard size is, but 5" has defiantly been done before.

Ash tray would be the easiest i guess, unless you go mental and move the heater controls somewhere else in car and stick it in the center console.

hum not looking to do major restructuring but ash tray does seam more logical but was gonna reserve that for a hidden turbo timer

turbo timer doesn't need to be accessible, unless your using it as a volt gauge, rev meter etc as well. Turbo timer would go nicely into the little cubby hole by the light switch

Ive got a sat nav console and have a snooper in the sat nav top apperture (so basically ur screen goes there), then youve got the vents in the normal place, then the MFD in the top DIN and the HU in the lower DIN. Volt guage in TC panel...maybe something along these lines with ur required instruments.

a few of the corsa boys on another VX site used centre consoles from other cars just cut/shut & smooth in... why not consider somethin with smaller heater vents/more room where mfd is etc?
