When you buy a new irmscher grill, you get a car and an i logo with it. You also get some super glue to attach them with - so if this has been used by the orignal owner you haven't got a hope in hell's chance of getting it off without some damage to the grill.

Which lower grill do you mean for your second point?

i'm not entirely sure i think the grill is all one piece. when i did this on my old 206 however, I had to cut the horizontal slats off and atach mesh to the outer rim of the grill.. if this is wat u wanna do i suggest getting another grill from a scrappy to have a go on 1st just in case u don't get it right 1st time!

oh i c wat u mean, mines slightly different. i'm sure that the grey slat is attached 2 the bumoper, would need removing, smoothing and repainting... the grill may actually be two parts, in which case i would use your newly opened up bumper cutout as a template to draw onto the mesh, then cut approx 2-3in larger than the size of the opening. u then would need to bond the mesh to the back of the bumper using some sort of mastic/resin etc. I used a RAF issue sealant gun to fix mine on the Pug, but liberal use of araldite will c it sticking harder than a student to a pint glass...

    hope this helps.

the silver slat will almost definately be part of the bumper and will need cutting

you will need the bumper off to mesh it properly, and tbh if you gotta cut out the silver slat it doesn't matter if the lower grill is in 1pc or 2...

have fun with it, and take your time don't rush it! my biggest tip is to stop b4 u do each and every little thing, & think 2 yourself "wat will it look like if i cut here/drill here/spray here etc etc"

hope i've helped at least a bit
