Bike Rack Questions - Pic Inside...

Am going to collect my nice new GT!

Is this the right set up for a coupe??

This is the only way it fits so was wondering if any other coupe owners have had one in the past...

What a coincidence, i was just about to post a thread up asking a question regarding the bike rack. I didn't think it'll fit like that in my mind but obviously it does and looks ok. Is it well protected from scratching your paint?
I was thinking of investing on a roof style rack if this will work?

Looks fine to me, dont forget you'll need to clearly see your number plate, or even better get some lights and a sort of trailer board, a bit like this...

Or simply risk it, depends how far your going, I usually just cable tie my existing number plate to the bike frame so it can be seen

Looks like your boot rack isn't one designed for a saloon car.

I would be worried that the weight of the bike and vibrations of driving would make the topmost sponge covered bar pop over the top of the boot and under the spoiler.
