I've been speaking to Chris Astley again this morning, following on from a conversation we had last week. He mentioned to me that hes used to work a factory making carbon fibre mouldings and said he might start making some carbon fibre bits to sell on.
He asked me if there would be much interest in this and asked what bits might be worthwhile making so i said i'd put a feeler out and see what the response was.
My first thoughts were the interior ABC pillar trims as this was something i have been thinking about for a long time. He asked if i could get about 5 people interested to justfy the cost of the moulding etc.

Anyone else got any ideas of things they might like in real carbon fibre? It has to e something not to difficult to make to keep the cost down so i think a centre console maybe a bridge too far
- Engine covers
- Cambelt covers
- Relay and fuse box covers
- One idea i'm really interested in is buying a cheap bonnet extension and getting a carbon cover for that to match my bonnet
- Carbon rub strip covers
- carbon wing mirror covers
- i'm sure he could cover andspoiler
