    Sky Three - "Vroom Vroom"

    anyone else watching this?

This guy's spent over £20k on modding his Smart car cab. and put loads of ice stuff in it. full air suspension and 17" rims and now pumping out 96bhp.

    Quite a funky little thing!

that programme is hilarious. so unprofessional. "lets see how loud the stereo goes" kind of tests

I dont know if youve seen all episodes recently. But they did a feature on our Uni (Hertfordshire) we have a UH Racing team that compete in the Formula Student series, building a car with a bike engine.

They recorded a student car against the car. The car does 0-60 in about 3.4 secs. But one of the guys in the final year has an R34 skyline, we wanted to use thatm to prove it would still beat it.
But they went mental at us. lol and said we had to have a crap student car. So we used one dudes punto 55 in the end i think? haha

I think I've seen that program with the Smart on it before, if it's the same bloke he gives it all that as if money is no object, he wanted to buy a sheet of goretex from a company I used to work for, quickly changed his plans when he realised he couldn't afford it.

Vroom Vroom is car crash telly at it's worst. Almost as bad is Brainiac and that other one where the guy cuts stuff in half with a grinder to see how it works.

Then again, considering 95% of the UK population is officially thick...
