    COBRA CAR ALARM 3868 - anyone bought one?

    Are these systems any good, it says thatcham cat 1 approved when fitted by thier guys and works off the original keyfob (which is what i want)

    anyone any gen?

    know anywhere a bit cheaper for the fitting Andy?

    apparently the unit on that is £115, but with fitting it comes to £249.

    Does it work with the original key as it says with the mk4 astra?

    If they say thats the model number for the one linked to the factory remote then it will do. It's not that they come with remotes and they link on fine to the factory remotes

    Wouldn't know anyone up your way that could fit it cheaper. For the record I charge £200 to supply and fit the same sort of alarm in the sigma range and my company charge £250 + VAT so it's not a bad price
