siren will bolt to the bulk head next the fuse/relay box

dont box anything in unless you want to set fire to it.

Q1 whats behind the bulkhead to hit? - probably nothing except sound deadening - but take the glovebox out and have a mooch at the back. and use short screws (12mm shoud be fine)
Q2 how do i stop the hole from rusting? - put a dob of paint on it before you screw into it, and mount the bracket on rubber - an old bit if inner tube works well
Q3 whats the screw size the the battery clamps? M6 thread and 10mm spanner/socket
Q4 what size fuse/wire do i attach to the battery terminals?- no idea refer to the instructions

Rather than go down on the bulkhead try mounting the siren above that on the skuttle panel area or if you can squeeze it between the battery, inner wing, washer bottle and headlight

If thats how it's come through then it will be fine mate, alarms usually only have a 10-20amp fuse in them all be it not usually rated at 250v
