    Coolant Temp Sensor (ZLET) Changing

I have done research into changing this but only found its location and approximate price.

Mattcoupturbo seems to think it was easy but it looks like a right pain to get to?

There doesn't look like there's much room for hand manipulation...

That black metal plate above it comes off quite easy for better access

Yeah you will loose a bit of coolant, getting at it is going to be a bit difficult whilst the engine is in situ.

I changed mine the other day, whip that black plate off. Well undo it and move it lol coolent loss is hardy noticable I didnt need to top mine up after.

Again once you crack it, it can be undone by hand then a quick swap over, job done

    Sensor was about £12

When I got mine it was on the shelf.

I changed it just for the hell of it as it was so cheap and can cause so many problems if it does go wrong

Ah. Its not as far down as I had thought. I didn't have a socket deep enough but found an old spark plug socket, pulled the rubber grommet thingy out of it and used that.

A little coolant loss but nothing noticable.

Worth having a look at if your zlet is running like crap!
