    Standard dump valve

How many people are running the standard dump valve?

I have just taken mine off (as I have a surging problem but it didnt make a difference to the problem)

My car is now dead quiet. Should you be able to hear the standard dump valve?

the recirc is that it puts the air from the intercooler side of the turbo back into the turbo inlet pipe. thats how u can hear it. its not as loud as a aftermarket baileys type valve as the air goes back into a pipe and not into the air.

Mine suddently went real noisey yesterday, on inspection today i notices the vac pipe from the dump valve had come off the bcs.

Made it well more noisey, i prefer the quiet. Wooosh is too boy racer for me now, maybe 10 years ago.

Also the car seeming to have a lot more engine breaking and the brakes went a bit funny.
